Vacation

We really enjoyed staying at this location. Everything was up to par for me and my family. Only issue I would change is the walls need fresh paint job due to the many scratches and the housekeepers could clean the baseboards. Besides those two things, everything else was great.

Pros and cons

Pros: easy check in and check out, close to Target and Publix, affordable Cons: dirty (carpet, walls, furniture), closet and laundry doors are off track, neighbors played loud music until 2 am, gates open to whomever drives up, the pool pictured is around the block and requires driving or a long walk from the townhome, smells musty, aggressive drivers in the parking lot. Overall, you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for an affordable place to keep things while at amusement parks, this is it. We appreciate you hosting us but will not return.

Just ok

The property looks nice based on the pictures. But the whole house felt dirty. The cleaning crew is obviously not doing a thorough job. There were whiskers in the shower, a sticky spot on the floor, and several of the dishes were dirty out of the cabinet. The carpet throughout the house is gross, it needs to be replaced, and at the very least, professionally shampooed. There were no instructions about getting to the clubhouse/pool area. I had to email the owners to get directions, and when we finally got there, we were told we couldn't bring our sandwiches in. That's fine, but it would have been nice to know before we made them and walked all the way there. The owners were very responsive when I emailed them with a question and several maintenance issues, so that is definitely one good thing. The location was okay. I chose to stay on the west side because it was close to family who live in Clermont, but it is a bit farther away from Disney than I would have preferred, but I did know that going in. I would not stay here again.

Home Away From Home Feeling

Emily's home is beautiful. She provides the essential amenities needed. Communication was fast and effective. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone! Thank you for a lovely stay
