Large, spacious country home halfway between Treasure Beach and Black River, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths that have been recently renovated. Plenty of free parking and dedicated internet service to satisfy travelers who need to connect to the office. Beautiful, lush vegetation with plenty of privacy and tranquility; great for nature lovers & close to many authentic Jamaican experiences. Short drive to Treasure Beach, Jack Sprat, Black River, YS falls, Black River Safari, Historic Lover's Leap, Bamboo Avenue, Appleton Estates & Middle Quarters where you can get fresh and delicious peppered shrimp all year.

Plenty of space inside and outside the house to enjoy. The property is close to lots of amenities and tourist attractions but is also quiet enough to spend a relaxing time at home. The property boasts orange trees, banana and coconut trees, lush vegetation and a fish pond. Great place to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature. The kitchen is large and modern with updated appliances and plenty of room to cook your own meals. Dining room comfortably seats 6 people for family dinners. Great little grill across the street where you can pick up delicious food for those days where you don't feel like cooking.

The villa is less than a 2 hour drive to Montego Bay, Sangster Int'l Airport, Ocho Rios and Dunn's River Falls, Negril Beach & Negril Cliffs and many other popular Jamaican attractions.

Housekeeping will come in weekly for light housekeeping and to refresh linens for guests who book for longer than 7 days. You can also request a helper for additional housekeeping or to prepare meals for a small additional daily fee.

A groundskeeper sleeps on the grounds but does not have access to the house.

A Great Little Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable and the grounds were neat and spacious. The bathrooms are modern and the furniture was modest, perfect for a country home! The kitchen was great, large with everything we needed to cook up a meal when we arrived. The hosts even left us bottled water. If you don't want to cook there is a great Jamaican lunch place across the street. The house is centrally located so we did day trips to the beach and some days we did sight seeing and then, dinner in town. We also really loved staying home, cooking our own meals and enjoying a night in on the terrace. The hosts were great and very responsive to all our needs. We would definitely recommend this house!
