Relax in this beautiful 2-bedroom beachfront condo featuring two private balconies overlooking the Gulf ready for you to have a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and watch the waves roll onto the shore while you unwind. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, and the guest bedroom includes two queen size beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. With a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Just steps from the beach, you can choose to soak up the sun on the sand or relax by the tropically landscaped pool area—the choice is yours.

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Location was perfect. Views were beautiful. The condo could’ve been better stocked with towels, soap, toilet paper and paper towels and the rugs felt dirty but we would definitely stay again for the convenience of location.

The place was good, I’m impressed with the entire building. Great location on the beach. Easy access. Several of the windows over looking the ocean need replaced. Just blur looking out. The sliding door view was good. But the whole reason you get a place with windows is to see out. It did smell like mildew. Would have been nice to have couple of beach chairs to take down to the ocean. Did encounter a roach upon entering the first night. All in all, a comfortable place to be.

Loved the unit, very nice and clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. Just two buts: needs a better frying pan and the coffee maker was miss matched. Mr coffee carafe and black&decker coffee maker. Did not fit properly. Definitely loved the closeness to the beach and the swimming pool and hot tub were great. Will come again and recommend it.

Port A Casa Condo

The place was clean, quiet, and easily accessible. The view was great and had great beach access. We would definitely return and recommend to others.The only issue was communication through VRBO, Happy Stays App and email was confusing. Ideally, all information (check in, check out, house rules, contracts, and invoicing) should be identical on all of platforms that were utilized.

We loved the proprty. Im 73 and this was for my 74th Birthday and my great niece's 18th birthday. The only problem we had was there was construction of some kind going on next door. We were tired and looking forward to the ocean from our balconies. LOTS of drilling and hammering. Very frustrating. Not the peace we were looking for, so it kind of took away the joy of it. And the TV did not work in the master bedroom.
