This 39m2 apartment is situated in a building of Haussmannian architecture, refurbished as new. It's close to various top attractions in Marseille and within walking distance; you can also enjoy the location amenities, including plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple cuisines. The apartment faces a yard.

It is designed with open living, kitchen and dining areas. Featuring a double couch bed (recently replaced with a much more comfortable one: 144 x 199 cm) and wide-screen smart TV to watch your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

If you love cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries. A washing machine is also available, should you need it.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

There are two portable fans available for you to use.

At the same time, the bathroom contains all you'llsentials you’ll need; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The bathroom and the bedroom have blind windows.

Colourful murals adorn the narrow, hilly streets of historic Le Panier. It's home to the huge Cathédrale La Major with its marble interior, murals, and neo-Byzantine facade. Restaurants around Place des Pistoles provide alfresco meals in front of La Vieille Charité, a 1600s almshouse that today has museums and a poetry center. Place de Lenche hosts street plays and has distant views of Notre-Dame de la Garde basilica.

The apartment is situated in the city centre, making it easy to explore some of the top attractions on foot. There is also public transport nearby such as:
Tram Station Sadi Carnot (Tram 2 and 3) is situated 80 meters from the apartment at rue de la République.
Joliette Metro Station is 4 minutes away by foot.
The busses stop is 8 minutes away by foot.

Marseille Provence Airport is just 26.2km away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

Pets are not allowed.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
