Terrace on the Slopes ski-in/ski-out access.VIEWS!

The Terraces is located in the Meadows area of Mountain Village, nice and quiet! Terraces 701 is a contemporary, well-appointed, two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental home. Skiers will appreciate the location slope side on the Meadows Run. Take your pick. Want to ride the Chondola OR Lift 1 into the Village core? Or you can hop on Lift 10 and get whisked away for a long run down.

This one-level condo has it all. Luxurious furnishings such as a big comfy sectional, easy chairs, new bedding and beds, and all-new linens make for a comfy stay. The gas fireplace warms the open living space, and the wall of windows lets in beautiful natural light. The fully equipped galley-style kitchen has granite countertops and plenty of space for the baker or chef in the group to create. The dining area leads to a private deck facing south. There is a grill on the deck.

Located off the living room is the queen master suite with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom is also located off the living area and has a captain's bunk. The guest bathroom in the hall serves as the second guest bedroom and has a glass shower. Terraces 701 is ideal for a small family or 2 couples.

This little slice of paradise will delight summer, winter, fall, or spring. Access to skiing, hiking, biking, and running trails is literally in your backyard! Stay once here, and it might just feel like your second home year after year!

Great Ski in Ski out

6 days of skiing and we were able to do 131 runs in 6 days at Telly! This condo is so close to the skiing 50 steps! Pretty great location!

Excellent Location

This was a very nice property to stay at. It was adequately stocked with kitchen necessities since we did a lot of cooking in with covid. Location couldn't be better for skiing for our family of 4 and access to the town was easy with Chondola and Gondola. Appreciated that the management company acted quick to take care of minor plumbing issue.

Lovely home away from home!

Clean, great location, roomy & comfortable. FYI: the home Close to the “chondola” lift, but it only runs in the winter. The gondola is a short car ride away. You have to park at the parking by the market to ride the gondola into a Telluride.

Excellent Property

This is a perfect escape. This was our first time to Telluride- the location could not be better. Literally steps from the lift with easy access to Mountain Village with a lift. This is only about 15 minutes from the town of Telluride. The place was SO cozy, clean, had everything you need and more. We will defiantly be back!

Mountain Village Condo

Overall everything was great — The location was nice, being next to the chondola. Made it easy to get in to Mountain Village! A fee things that weren’t up to standards were the cleanliness of the floors, furniture, and almost broken oven — It felt like the condo was cleaned before we arrived, but it didn’t feel as clean as it probably should have been. The floors were rather dirty so we didn’t walk around bare foot, the couch could have used a vacuum and the oven buttons seemed broken so it made it extremely difficult to turn it on, off and work the temperature.

Only 5 min walk to slopes.

This condo was only a 5 min walk to the slopes, mind you, there are stairs involved, which can be challenging with ski gear, nonetheless, very convenient in order to get on and off the chondola (gondola and chair lift). The village is so a 5 min ride and then you can connect to all other gondolas to go to the town and whatnot. The condo was a good size for our family of 4. The second bedroom a bit small. They were a couple small details that weren’t working, like the lights in the main closet. The unit itself is very warm, we were hot during the night. But there were fans and humidifiers available. Overall, it was good and can’t beat the location. Definitely will try to stay there again!

Best ski in ski out yet!

We have been coming to Telluride yearly for the past 15 years. Love the proximity to the slopes! We literally grabbed the skis out of the garage, walked across the street and skied right up to the chondola to start our day and same thing coming back. Comfortable, clean and well kept accommodations! Will definitely book this condo again

Very nice!

The place was very clean and the complex was very nice. Need to clarify oversize vehicle parking. They allowed us to park at the gondola parking garage with our large trucks and trailers for a fee of $25 a night each. The unit is very nice and well furnished. The beds did not seem queen sized, more like fill-sized. This condo would be well-suited for a family of four. The bedrooms are next to each other, no privacy for two couples. It was a little warm at times because no a/c. Other than that, the room was very comfortable and the living room, TV, kitchen was great!

Nice anniversary weekend

We had a really nice time in Telluride celebrating our anniversary. It’s our favorite place to visit and was a wonderful escape from the heat. The condo had everything we needed and we were very comfortable.

The Perfect Spot!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Ski in/ski out, everything in the condo was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped for dining in and the beds were super comfortable. I don’t know what could have been any better. We will definitely be staying here again next time!

Great ski vacation!

The property was in a great location, right beside the Chondola. All we had to do was walk a few steps across the parking lot and strap on our skis and go! The property was very nice, had a fireplace, and balcony. It was equipped well with kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. One thing we could recommend is adding some fans in the bedrooms we could use while sleeping. Other than that, perfect! We would definitely recommend and stay at this property again!
