The chalet features a large, bright 40-square-meter living area with underfloor heating and a fully equipped built-in kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, multi-function food processor, raclette/fondue set).
-> Stunning views of the valley, and sunlight streaming into the house from morning to night.

An entry SAS, designed to store all outdoor gear year-round, with ample storage for clothes and shoes and direct access to the laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, and toilet.

Upstairs, there are 3 beautiful bedrooms, including:
->1 master suite with a double bed, shower, and sink.
->1 adult bedroom with a double bed, a pull-out bed for children (70x140 cm), and a travel cot.
->1 “children’s” bedroom equipped with a bunk bed, 2 trundle beds, and a comfortable sofa bed (140x190) suitable for both children and adults.
A box of books and games is available for the children.
And finally, a second bathroom and a separate toilet.

To enjoy the beautiful weather in both summer and winter, a large terrace (60m²) facing north, west, and south welcomes you at any time of day with an unobstructed view of the valley and access to the garden
