One bedroom features a 12" memory foam king-sized mattress. There is also a dresser for guest use (closet is owner's closet).
The living room offers comfortable seating, a 55" smart TV for all your streaming needs, access to the wrap-around deck and is just off the dining room.
A small patio can be found outside the ground floor apartment door.
A large kitchen can be found on the main floor in the heart of the home. Enjoy a gas range, oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the basics you need for cooking. We also provide dining ware for kids and a coffee pot.
Enjoy a sunset on the back deck or bring some lawn games to enjoy in the spacious yard under shade from the beautiful Live Oak tree.

Come share our piece of paradise! Tidal Watch features ocean views from the top floors, a spacious backyard, and an ocean lullaby at night. The large wrap-around deck provides plenty of outdoor seating and a huge Live Oak tree shades the spacious back yard to make it enjoyable in the evenings. The house was renovated and updated in 2020 with new appliances, new furniture, updated kitchens, and bathrooms in both the main house and apartment as well as a beautiful master suite on the top floor. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, and a ground floor apartment is accessible through the garage stairs or an exterior door with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and full kitchen.
