• Since the Waikiki Marina Resort is a timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, and it is suggested that you politely decline to maximize your time while visiting.
General terms:
• Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out.
• The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests.
• The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
Other:
I have been an owner of Shell Vacations timeshare properties for many years. This is a fully transferrable timeshare unit, so the reservation is booked under your name (or the individual who will be checking in). Once your request has been accepted, you will check in just like at any hotel. Please provide the first and last name of the individual who will be checking in with the front desk with your initial inquiry/request.

The work is concrete in nature and involves demolition and sporadic jackhammering. The final phase of the project will include the application of deck sealant which may result in paint-like fumes in the area. The workday will begin at 9:00am and end at 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday and will exclude major holidays. Dates, times, and scope of work are subject to change without notice and may be impacted by inclement weather.
