We had our dog with us, the yard was nice to have a place for her to roam. Perfect little spot for an overnight. The main bed was very comfortable. We did not use the second bedroom.

Great experience

The space was as pictured. Had the essentials, great location. It was wonderful having free laundry on site in the middle of a long trip for a few members of our party. Jeyson was very quick to respond as we had an unexpected turn of events, and made it a breeze to add a night since it was available. Was very gracious when we needed a little more time to checkout.

Wasilla rental

We brought concerns about the property to the owner’s attention and they were quick to respond and addressed 2 issues right away. The owner was out of town and even had their mother drop items off for us. It was great to have laundry available. We left suggestions for simple improvements and I am hopeful the owner will address those for the next renters.

August 2021 Visit

Everything was fine. Only exception was that the paint job was lacking, especially in the bathroom. I also believe that we could not figure out the TV.

The kitchen is better equipped in this unit than the one next door, where I have stayed in the past. It's in a quiet area and, although an older building, is well maintained. Check in was simple with a door code and Walmart is only a few blocks away. However, it is hot here is south central Alaska, only one window opens (in the kitchen), and there are no fans. Neither TV in this unit is currently in working order, so I'm having to watch the news online. Also, there are no curtains or shades on the back windows, including the one in the shower, which makes showering a little weird. On the plus side, this unit actually has the right amount of beds for the number of people that VRBO says can stay here, which is not true of the adjoining unit. Finally, although there's nothing the owner could do about it, there are a LOT of mosquitos here right now, so bring some bug spray.

The house worked great for us. It had everything we needed and then some. Almost like being at home. Very easy to book and check out. Great location in Wasilla, easy to get to, as well as private and quiet! Will definitely stay again if we need to.

Awsome place!!

Located on a dead end road makes this place very quiet and private. Just 2 minutes from Walmart and restaurants. Loved the stay so much Im coming back in few days again. Everything about my stay was great and couldn't of asked for anything more. Keep up great work!

Everything was on point from day one. 3 adults had everything that they needed for their 11 day stay, all that they had to do was to purchase groceries. A great bargain

Can have your furry family members come along

This is my second time staying at this property. It is cozy and allows dogs, which is a huge bonus. No extra charges for the dogs and the host is very reasonable and quick to communicate. The property is in a quiet area and in a good location to access Anchorage without having to stay in Anchorage. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Window in one room was open when we got there. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Window in bath and kitchen had no coverings. Glad it was only booked for one night since that was all we would have stayed.

Pleasant cabin stay

This nicely priced older unit in the Wasilla area was clean, comfortable and afforded access to many sights in the greater Achorage/ Seward area. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unitas a comfortable, well kept place stay.
