Great property, met all our basic needs while we were there for a high school graduation of a family member. The host was immediately responsive and took care of everything. The one recommendation I would make is to install black out curtains in every bedroom due to the extended Alaska summer light. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay!
We stayed here for our sorority retreat, and it was absolutely wonderful! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend. It was the perfect spot for all of us girls to hang out, bond, and just enjoy each other’s company. The common spaces were perfect for games, late-night chats, and all the spontaneous dance parties. We had the best time just being in each other’s presence without distractions. It was the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and grow even closer as sisters.Highly recommend this spot for any group looking for a peaceful, fun, and memorable retreat.
We were excited to find this gem I'm Wasilla, where we came for our son's wedding. The house accommodated 10 of us comfortably. We thought having only 1 bathroom would be tough, but it worked seamlessly! We would gladly come back, and definitely recommend it for others!
We had six adults staying for 7 nights. Plenty of sleeping quarters and even though only one bathroom, it worked quite nicely. With everywhere we wanted to visit, Wasilia was a much better choice than Anchorage. The communication was fantastic and all our needs were met. We would definitely stay there again.
The house was beautiful! Very clean and didn’t have any problems during our stay, the host and I had great communication and gave me all the info I needed. We had a great time and will most likely rent out again.
We stayed at this property to restock in town and explore Hatchers pass. The location was great for running out for supplies, and the home was lovely. The host responded quickly to any messages. The house was well equipped which was a welcome blessing.
The home is beautiful. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Thought single bathroom would be a big issue but it turned out okay. Internet was great. Deck area needs a little cleaning. Everything else was great
Overnight stay with a group of friends and coworkers
This property was beautiful, clean, and so perfect for a little getaway trip! Rachel was an extremely responsive host and helped very quickly whenever any questions needed answered! The amenities and features of this house were just another great feature added on top which made the stay even more welcoming. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in the valley to book here!
We came to Alaska for a week to visit our son and his family. The house was spacious with renovated decor and very comfortable. We hosted a family dinner several nights and had more than enough room to gather. Our grandchildren enjoyed the toys and art supplies left by the hosts. We would highly recommend this property. Rachel and her husband were great communicative and welcoming hosts.
I rented the house to have a girls night with my sisters, my mom, and a friend! The house was adorable and comfortable and beautifully decorated! The host Rachel was really quick to respond when we needed to get ahold of her, she is so sweet, she went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice girls night!! I would definitely recommend this house for a nice, peaceful getaway!!

The House was immaculate and beautiful. They had the sweetest little, old, pit-bull neighbors that we could've asked for. And the Host were So exceptionally sweet! I'm assuming it was because I told them we had a youth group staying for an event, but they provided us with a huge gift basket of HIGH END; chocolates, flavored popcorn, hot coco spoons, personalized mug, sausage sticks and more! And the bathroom had a multipack of Face masks and lip smackers! The kids absolutely loved all of it!
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for making our stay exceptional!
We stayed here while attending the Alaskan State fair. Honestly, it was perfect for this, but not just because of the general proximity to our activities. It was located close to other businesses in Wasilla, but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Some of our family members are sensitive to sound at night, but everybody slept pretty well and there wasn’t a lot of traffic or noise. We had our check-in instructions well ahead of our arrival, with lots of attentive messages from the owner. Everything inside is nice and updated, and they had some awesome retro video games in the downstairs as well. We only stayed one night and to be honest I was kind of sad I didn’t get to spend more time there. Very nice property.
The only recommendation I would give to travelers is, if you have a infant or toddler, consider bringing your own baby gate or other way of preventing kids from getting on the stairs, please understand that’s not a criticism of the property and just a recommendation for fellow parents with very young children.
