Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage, set among serene horse farms, boasts stunning mountain views and is close to local attractions. Perfect for adventure seekers, it features a well-equipped kitchen and an inviting outdoor area with a firepit, nestled in a wildflower garden with seasonal berries. All necessary amenities are included for a comfortable stay. We're readily available for assistance. Note: THIS IS A TRI-LEVEL HOUSE WITH STAIRS.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There is no need to strip or remake the beds. Our cleaning crew has a protocol they must follow
Please be sure not to allow any food down the drain. Please load and run the dishwasher.
Please be sure to deposit your kitchen trash in the trash bin outside your door. Please let us know when you have locked the door and checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are $25 per night/ pet & must be paid in cash. Pets are not allowed on furniture at all. They must be leashed outside due to horses next door.
If any extra guest is detected the reservation will be charged $50/ guest/night
Any parties or events subject the traveler to immediate surrender of the property and a 100% penalty of all fees and agreed upon rental amounts.

Dyan's reservation was for three. He brought himself his wife three children a baby 3 dogs a lizard and other adults we didn't meet. They left the place a wreck. Split a bottle of laundry detergent on our carpet for us to clean, had the lizard on the dinning room table leaving stains behind.

We loved staying here for the month that we did, and we didn't want to leave. Felicia and Tim are phenomenal hosts, and the property is excellent. Great views, and great location as well. Everything was clean and accommodating. Best place we've stayed without a doubt.

The house was very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Wasilla. We had to call the owners the first day due to some questions about the door lock and they answered right away and were able to help. Bedrooms were large and very comfortable. Loved seeing the horses and cows next store.

Charming and Cozy Cabin with a Beautiful View

A quiet dead-end street dotted with horse farms, an airstrip and views of the Chugach Mountain Range. The master suite is in the basement, adjoining the laundry and full-sized bathroom. The main floor features The Kitchen, Dining and Living Rooms. A gas fireplace adorns the living room for use during the cold winter nights. A large bathroom with double vanity and 8-foot cast iron bathtub is available for the 2 upstairs bedrooms.
