Why they chose this property

Alot of Alaska doesn't have strict HOAs and allow you to be creative with you land! What a great opportunity!

What makes this property unique

We offer amazing parking spaces for RV prep/cleaning post adventures, a large yard that is private with wildlife chances and quiet evenings! We are centrally located allowing you close to town for snacks or up towards Hatcher Pass.
