In the heart of the Alsace Wine Route, this furnished 2-bedroom apartment is located at 52 rue de la gare in Ostheim in a charming Alsatian village 9km north of Colmar. The village has several restaurants, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a grocery store, two hairdressers, a garage, and a few other shops.

In a warm setting, discover Alsace, its gastronomy, its great wines, and its history. Ideally located 10 minutes from Colmar, but also 20 minutes from monkey mountain and eagle flight or Haut-Koenigsbourg castle and 40 minutes from Lac Blanc ski resort or du Parc du Petit Prince and the Ecomuseum of Alsace. Within a radius of only 10 minutes, a wealth of activities awaits you: casino, spa, golf, equestrian center, hiking, restaurants, wine cellars etc.



The cottage is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Alsace wine route or discovering the Vosges massif, its ski slopes in winter and its lakes in spring and summer. Behind the Franco-German border, about 50 minutes away, go on an adventure in Europe's largest amusement park, Europa Park, or enjoy a day in the pretty town of Freiburg.



The apartment is composed as follows:

a living room with sofa bed, television with flat screen, as well as a reading corner,

a fully equipped dining kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and pod, as well as a toaster

a first bedroom with a large bed,

a second bedroom with two single beds,

a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine.



This apartment is ideal for a stay with family or friends.



The apartment is on the raised ground floor, there are a few steps to access the accommodation.



A beautiful private outdoor space completes this property.



Free parking spaces are available outside the residence.



All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:

cleaning will be done,

the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal,

clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

free WIFI connection



House rules:

This apartment and all the outbuildings are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is strictly prohibited.



Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.



Pets are strictly prohibited.



Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge freezer, the dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as clean up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
