Sand Dollar VIllas Unit 102 - Beauty and the Beach

This recently renovated two bedroom, two bath condo is located beachfront. A short walk down the boardwalk and your toes are in the sand! There is a beautiful sparkling blue pool for your enjoyment as well.
The open living area and kitchen are beautifully tiled and outfitted with comfortable furniture and cabinets. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances.
The spacious master bedroom has a comfy king size bed and a private bathroom with roomy closet, large vanity and stand-up shower.
The guest bedroom has queen size bed, a roomy closet and laundry area. Across the hall is a newly renovated full bath with a tub.
The double sleeper sofa has an Air Dream Mattress with air over coil technology. A handheld air pump inflates the topper in less than one minute.
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Elevator and luggage carts available.

This is a Smoke Free vacation rental. No smoking is allowed inside or out, nor in the common areas.

Right on the water

Condo was right on the water. Pool is nice and big, not over crowded. Some noise occasionally from upstairs but that is expected if you’ve ever rented a condo. Check in was super easy as well as check out. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Anything and everything you could want to do is a ten minutes or less drive. Downtown has nice shops and eating. Big playground park just a few miles away if you have little ones. Ft clinch just a few miles away. So much to do and explore! We will be back for sure.

Quiet and Relaxing

Great location. Felt like we had a private beach, just for the residents of the condos. Even the pool area wasn’t busy most days. Loved the whole experience of Amelia Island. Great place for a quiet getaway for couples or groups of adults. Plenty of good restaurants within a few minutes drive. Historic downtown area was also great.

Comfortable

At our age 65+ we prefer a better view of the beach as we don't spend a great amount of time in the sun or the pool. One of our sons and his family stayed next door to us and seemed to be perfect for them. The unit itself was good and working with BJ was great.

This condo is your cozy comfortable retreat on Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island. The king sized master bedroom opens onto the balcony where you have a beautiful view of the Atlantic ocean. The master has a recently renovated private bathroom with shower and a large vanity and roomy closet. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, a roomy closet and a washer/dryer. It is situated across the hall from the guest bathroom.
