ONLY 3 MINUTES AWAY FROM XCARET, XENSES AND XPLOR PARK. THE HACIENDA STYLE HOME HAS 8 BEAUTIFUL ROOMS, WITH PRIVATE BATHROOMS, AIR CANDITIONING AND HIGH SPEED WIFI. THE HOUSE HAS ALL THE AMENITIES THAT YOU MAY NEED. SUITABLE FOR UP TO 11 PEOPLE.

THE PROPERTY HAS 11 BEUTIFUL ROOMS OF WHICH WE ONLY RENT 8 BIG BEDROOMS, SWIMMING POOL, JARDIN, COMMON AREAS, ETC.
MY DAD LIVES ON HIS OWE PRIVATE HOUSE, HE HAS HIS OWN PARKING, PRIVATE ENTRANCE TO THE PROPERTY. THE ONLY THING WE GET TO SHARE IS THE KITCHEN AND THE LAUNDRY ROOM.
