Don’t miss this one! The Islands is a gorgeous, quiet lake community. This home is on a 31 acre man made Lake. From your private dock you can take our kayak’s or the 4 person Paddleboat around the lake.

This spacious home is bright and cheery with vaulted ceilings and an elegant staircase to the second floor. When you walk into the house, the relaxing lake is in full view with “islands” landscaping. There is a ground floor master suite overlooking the lake that has “his and hers” closets with a California King bed and Tempur-Pedic firm mattress, sitting area, smart TV, electric fireplace and soaking tub with separate walk-in travertine tile shower. The bath includes a double vanity and a separate lighted makeup table.

The second master bedroom is upstairs and has fabulous lake views. There is a queen bed with a Puffy mattress, a day bed, walk in closet, sitting area, smart TV and electric fireplace which makes this room inviting” for a second couple during your stay. The third bedroom has another queen size bed with a Sleepy mattress and adjustable frame. The fourth bedroom is configured with double twin beds for your family or friends. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with a cool relaxing coastal theme. All bedding is new with extra sheets & pillowcases in each room. All pillows are hypo-allergenic

The den is bright and cheery and has a full-size desk with printer and doubles as a playroom It’s all set for the kids with table & chairs, games, toys & books. The upstairs bathroom features a double vanity, tub and shower, and lots of towels! Yes, we have “safety grips” for easy entry and exit from the upstairs and downstairs tubs and showers.

The “eat in” kitchen has beautiful lake views, a serving peninsula with bar stools and a small “prep” island with cold stone top, granite counters with coastal white cabinetry along with a built-In fridge, double oven, gas stove, griddle, warming drawer, dishwasher and walk in pantry. There are plenty of food preparation appliances including a Ninja Blender, hand mixer, 4 slice toaster, tea kettle, waffle maker, knife set & crock pot. The coffee station has a regular coffee maker and Espresso machine that can also make Lattes & Cappuccino’s. There are coffee cups for every imaginable type of coffee. There are even take out coffee cups if you want to enjoy your morning coffee while sitting out by the lake.

The kitchen is abundantly stocked with 4 different types of wine glasses, beer mugs, and short or tall mixed drinks or smoothie glasses. There are plenty of dishes for indoor or outdoor dining along with plates, bowls glasses and utensils for small children. All new cookware, bakeware and casserole dishes.

The Arizona Great Room is set with a new 8’ pool table (adult and kids pool cues) along with a bar table, 3 stools, wine rack and high back chairs for relaxing.

The laundry room includes a washer & dryer along with utility sink, storage cabinets, shoe bench, ironing board / iron and an extra full-size refrigerator, stocked with water bottles, sodas and a microwave! The room includes a storage cabinet for the 18 extra sleeping pillows (big variety) and extra blankets and throws. There are additional pillows in the four bedrooms.

The “private tropical resort” awaits you outside. The outside living area is under cover and has Travertine tiles which take you all the way down to your private boat dock. We have included a 3 person partially covered cabana lounger on a second travertine patio with lake views. Oranges and grapefruits when in season!

Your private pool can be heated on your schedule and at your temperature - your only cost is the actual propane usage. Pool has 11’ sun umbrella, lounge chairs and a standalone heated spa (our cost to heat) awaits you for “all seasons”. Enjoy backyard meals cooked on the infrared grill. Around the corner of the house, you’ll find a private 5-hole chipping and putting green with a nice shade tree. Around the other corner are your private orange and grapefruit trees! Palm trees here for your “islands” experience.

Our pontoon and paddle boats allow you to meander along the shoreline during the day. Required lifejackets are available for the boats and kayaks.

The home has WIFI network and is equipped with 4 Smart TV’s with subscriptions to Disney+ and Netflix. There is a 65” Smart TV in the living room and one on the back patio. There are 3 DVD players in the home and dozens of DVDs for your viewing pleasure.

We have an assortment of sport equipment available including 2 adult bikes, tennis racquets, soccer balls, and basketballs along with a basketball hoop.

Our 300 days of sunshine do a great job helping to heat the pools!

The home is equipped with a security system monitored by API. Turning it on will be your option. Fire alarm system is always connected.

The house is 25 minutes from either Phoenix Sky Harbor or Williams Gateway airports. Play golf at the famed Sheraton San Marcos (10 minutes away) or Ocotillo resorts (18 minutes away) or have a fun game of golf at Kokopelli Golf Resort, just up the street. There are 24 great golf courses within 10 miles of the house and 95 within 20 miles! World class shopping and dining at Chandler Fashion Center (15 minutes), or historic old towns of Gilbert (10 minutes) and Chandler (10 minutes), both with year around events and festivities. Fashion Square Mall, now one of the biggest malls in America is 20 minutes northwest in Scottsdale.

The Islands requires a 4-week minimum rental period and you are welcome to stay as long as you would like but if 3 weeks works best for you, we will use the remaining week for general maintenance and for our grandkids!

Child friendly with books, videos, games, pool toys, high-chair, stroller and pack-n-play. Outdoor play area! With the pool, spa and lake, caution is recommended. We have the patio fenced off from the pool and lake so that kids can use the patio and the large “side yard” which includes the putting green.

Awareness of the lake and pool required by guests. We've included child safety features, such as fencing off the pool and lake - Child hazards include pool, lake, boats, stairs, cacti, and outdoor swings. We have child guards on lower cabinets in the kitchen.
