Tradewind Villa is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom single story home located in a quiet lake neighborhood near Downtown Gilbert. The home has a resort style backyard with a large pool, heated spa, lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit, covered patio, and a bbq grill. It’s the perfect environment to relax and enjoy the wonderful Arizona sun.

The home is centrally located and within walking/driving distance of downtown, the Riparian Preserve, hiking trails, Freestone Park, and lots of shops and restaurants. The community also has a lake for catch and release fishing.

The home is family and dog friendly!!! Perfect for your vacation in sunny Arizona!

We are a mother and daughter team that has lived in Gilbert for over 20 years. We love living in this area and love sharing the experience with others. We'd love for you to stay at our home and visit all the nearby delicious restaurants, cute farmers markets, beautiful hiking trails, and more that the area has to offer! The home has a huge pool with a large shallow step for little ones to play on or for adults to lounge and soak up the AZ sun. It is a diving pool and is very deep at one end, perfect for diving toys or to relax in a floaty.

Gilbert vacation

We felt right at home for this 6 week stay. Great location with easy access to all main highways and great golf courses. A short few minute drive to grocery store and pharmacies. Very functional home.

Had a wonderful stay, the property was just as described. It was comfortable and our host was excellent with communication. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner! Highly recommend

Enjoyed our stay. Home was cozy and comfortable. Weather was perfect for pool time relation. Very much appreciated the complimentary gifts and necessities that have never been available at previous VRBO stays. Would very much recommend this home to others

Very clean and nice property. House was in a very quaint neighborhood. Great location! Kitchen was equipt with serving ware, pots, and pans. Owners were very helpful and quick to respond. We would stay here again!

Short weekend in the sun

We really enjoyed this home. Great location, cute clean house. Pool/spa was warm, but it’s pretty deep so bring a floaty! We loved the fire pit. Great place.
