We had a great stay at this home in Tempe. We stayed for 3 weeks and Basil was great to work with. Location was great for visiting our son at ASU and central to Scottsdale, Phoenix, the airport and other activities in the area.

The house was in a very good location for what we were doing. The pool and outdoor area was very nice and we used it in the mornings and in the evenings. The set up was perfect for a family. Had a great mini vacation at this home. Well stocked with the basics- tp, paper towels, laundry soap etc. Beds were comfortable, furnishings well thought out. We really enjoyed the pool and patio. The mural on the back wall really makes the back yard look inviting. Its very private back there too.My only not glowing comment is that I personally found the furniture in and outside uncomfortable to sit in. But my friends and I are older so might be fine for the young ones.I would still come back as I really liked everything else about this rental.

Close to everything in quiet friendly neighborhood. The pool is warm and nice. The bbq worked nicely. The home is well cared for. We would definitely return here on our next trip to Phoenix
