At home, enjoy a game of mega chess, cornhole, jenga, or just dip in the stock tank pool during the summer or the hot tub during the winter. The summer's stock tank pool/winter's hot tub is 8 feet in diameter and only 2 feet deep; ideal for relaxing in or for the kiddos to play all year round.

During the winter, roast s'mores at the firepit.

Relax on the arridondack chairs while you watch the kids play in the stock tank pool, play their outdoor games, or enjoy the sandbox.

Great holiday getaway!

Hosted Thanksgiving for 10 people with no issues. Spacious accommodations with plenty of rooms for family and a large backyard! Communication with the host was excellent!

Bachelor party

Nice clean house and quiet neighborhood. Great location not far from any of the fun. Golf, Downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, Casinos, and etc. If looking for a place to stay this is a great house.

Excellent Property

I went to Phoenix with friends for the weekend. This was a lovely home that was great for our needs. The homeowner was extremely helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this house.

What a cute and sweet house! We rented the house with our adult children for the weekend to enjoy a music festival in Tempe. This house was in close proximity to the venue and their reviews looked great so we booked it. It did not disappoint! The hosts were thoughtful, responsive, and accommodating. The house was adorable, comfortable, cozy. organized, very clean and stocked just enough to make our stay comfortable and convenient. There were small touches that were appreciated such as clear instruction notes around the house and labeled cupboards, We really enjoyed the outside space and so did our dogs. The home was very kid and dog friendly. We also took several walks around the neighborhood, which was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area! Great family home

Perfect home for families with kids and pets! Plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and get comfy. The backyard is a great place to play, relax, hangout, and grill out. The kitchen had everything we needed ti cook family meals. Lena was quick to answer any questions

Excellent location for ASU graduation. 15 mins to stadiums, minutes away from anything else. Super kid friendly property with toys and books and backyard fun. TV’s in multiple locations so adults could watch their own. Comfy beds and stocked kitchen. Amazing stay.

Perfect dog and kid friendly home away from home.

This property is a favorite and will be our go to place whenever we stay in AZ. Love love LOVE the space. It is the perfect place for a dog friendly family and had everything you need to keep kids and fur babies entertained. The house was clean and had all the amenities to make your stay comfortable plus extra fun to make your stay a true vacation. The hosts are SUPER accommodating, communicative, and obviously care about making your stay memorable. My only regret is that we did not book for a longer stay. Thank you Lena and Danny!

Perfect for the occasion

Wonderful and conveniently laid out property for a graduation party. About 30 or so people came through. Many flex/seating spaces, just as advertised. We had fun with chess, Jenga and bean bag toss in the back yard so everyone had something to do. The host Lena was amazing, thoughtful (placed grad sign in yard and inside;-)), and helpful from start to finish. Everything was clean and ready to go. Six of us spent the night - plenty of space for all. Most importantly, the grads absolutely enjoyed themselves!

Family friendly

This house is extremely family friendly. My daughter loved playing with the toys that were provided and the host left out some arts and craft for her. There was no need for any screen time because she was so occupied with all the provided kids activities. We, the adults, also had fun. There are outdoor games we played and we enjoyed watching movies on the projector. The neighborhood was really nice and the house is spacious and very clean. We stayed there while our place had some renovations getting done. When we do the second phase, we definitely plan to stay there again.

Charming house

This house is very dog and child friendly. Having to manage 2 small kids and a big lab along while hosting a get together with friends and family in an unfamiliar house can be a challenge but this house really felt like home. I was able to put my dog on the side of the yard where she can go in and out of the house but not get underfoot in the backyard where my kids were playing. They enjoyed the sandbox and all the provided toys. Lena gave them some artwork to do which was very fun. There was no need to let them watch the tablet the entire time. The house and yard are even bigger than the pictures show and very inviting to hang out in a large group. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We will definitely stay there again.

What makes this property unique

This house was originally bought because it has a large backyard and we wanted to do animal rescue here. For several years we rescued and adopted out foster dogs from the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control. This was where we nursed sick dogs back to health and rehabilitated dogs with behavior issues. This is why the entire house is tiled and the backyard is secure and has a partition. If you have pets or kids, it can now be used to play on the grassy area while the adults BBQ and play the adult games on the other side of the partition. The door can stay open or can be shut as needed. Since we had kids and moved, we did have to take a break from animal rescue and so the house was redone for our guests to enjoy a clean bright house that is safe as well as family and pet friendly.
The inside has 2 living rooms; one with a regular TV facing the kitchen, which was designed to let the chef also catch some Netflix while cooking, and the other living room has a smart projector screen for everyone to catch a movie. The kitchen window opens up to a counter space where the chef can serve out food to the griller. There's a gas grill in the backyard right by the serving window. The house uses central AC and heating.
