About this property

Gîte "des coussieres" between peace and nature

The cottage "Des Coussières" is located in Courteix in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Millevache plateau in Limousin, 15 minutes from all shops, 45 minutes from the volcanoes of Auvergne with its hikes and ski slopes.
The cottage can accommodate up to 8 personnes.Il is composed of a fully equipped living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, a relaxation area, and 4 bedrooms (2 of which are adjoining). Outside, we have a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and games for young and old, on a plot of 2000m2 with a forest.
Pets are allowed but the garden is not enclosed.
The Gîte is classified 3 stars in furnished tourist accommodation.
Optional options: towels are 3 euros/person, bed linen is 10 euros/bed for 1 night, provided from 2 nights and the cleaning package is also an optional option at the rate of 30 euros for 1 night and 70 euros for stays from 2 nights. Knowing that if the cleaning package is not taken, the cottage must be left in the condition found on arrival.
We would like to point out that any damage... will be the responsibility of the tenant, so we insist on respecting the premises (inside and outside).
A deposit of 350 euros will be requested on arrival and returned at the end of the stay if there has been no damage...
.. Pellets for the stove will be charged 6.5 euros / bag.
Charging for electric cars is charged at €10/charge.

Smoking is not allowed in the house and in the forest.

Un gite très agréable

Trois nuits passées au gite, la chaleur douillette du poele était tres agréable au retour de la neige. Un équipement bien complet pour se sentir comme à la maison. Vivement recommandé.

Le gite est très agréable et bien aménagé. Nous y avons passé 1 nuit mais nous aurions bien aimé y rester plus longtemps pour profiter du calme et de la campagne corrézienne. A garder dans le carnet d'adresse pour une prochaine. Merci à l'hôte pour son sympathique accueil

Séjour très agréable au calme

Le gîte est confortable, très bien entretenu et généreusement équipé pour le quotidien et les activités intérieures/extérieures. La situation est idéale pour les balades, visites, et profiter de la nature et du calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et les animaux très sociables !

Sommes arrivés à 8 dans cette maison de campagne Partie commune assez grande, la propriétaire nous avait allumé le poêle face à la fraîcheur en cette saison. A l'étage 4 chambres dont 1 est communicante, absence de toilette à l'étage. Rez de chaussée 2 salle de bain et 1 wc Extérieur agréable si le temps s'y prête

Un endroit reposant

Personne charmante qui nous a accueilli,bel endroit,havre de paix et calme en pleine nature... commodités à environ 15 min. Nous avons passé un moment agréable en famille avec notre chien,nous y retournerons pour plus longtemps. Maison saine et rénovée avec goût,beaux espaces.
