TX Supreme Arizona View

Beautiful (all new) one bedroom with 1.5 bath apartment. Additional full and twin bunk bed. All new beds and appliances along with new tile flooring throughout the home and covered patio. Private fenced yard with terrific views of our seven 30'+ Saguaro cactus.

Do not move furniture. We will access the property 2 times a week to water plants. Keep doors closed at all times, and lock apartment when vacant.
Set AC to 74 when vacant, no lower then 68, utilize fans to circulate the cool air.
Dogs must be kenneled when left alone, not allowed on furniture, must be picked up after daily, $60 fee per dog. 20 lbs max, no cats.
