Experience the designer lifestyle at this spacious, modern 5BR/3BA home that features a wrap around deck and a patio. The home is perfect for all your guests with multiple open living spaces for entertaining and many comfortable beds for a good night rest. All the bedrooms are great sizes and the master bathroom has a private master suite with a walk in shower.

Prime location - quick drive to Bellevue downtown, Airport, and easy commute to Seattle.
THE HOUSE
*Main Floor*
-Entry
-Open living room with a 65" LED TV
-Dining area with a long table that can easily sit 10 people
-full kitchen with side door that gives easy access to the garage
-Full bathroom next to the sitting area
-3 Bedrooms downstairs with a total of 4 beds. Another bathroom with a walk in shower next to the stairs. Another living room area and den area behind the stairs with Foosball table, arcade, and games.
*Upstairs*
Open Loft/3rd Living Room area with futon couches that can become beds and a 40" Smart LED TV. Master bedroom suite with a king size bed and private bath. Double vanities, double closets, and a walk in shower. 5th Bedroom with twin size bunk bed.
*Outside*
Big 2 Car Garage, long driveway and plenty of parking for at least 6 vehicles. Wrap around Deck on the upstairs area and a nice private patio on the 1st floor with LED string lights. A couple of new houses have been built close by that is not in the pictures (Please be mindful of noise with neighbors)
*No unauthorized parties (young adult parties with noise complaints) - subject to penalties and neighbors will notify*
GUEST ACCESS
House is equipped with a keypad. Guests have to check VRBO Inbox a day before check-in for the code.
Whole house is available to guests and NOT SHARED during their stay. However, there are locked storage closets. Do not open please
