The property owner, Mr. Ferdinand, went above and beyond to accommodate my family. There were free linnen, towels, and all the amenities we needed. The location of this Verbo rental was ideal from the airport and all the citi attractions. When my family visits Seattle again in the future, I am sure we would love to stay at this same Verbo rental property.

This place and the host was great very close to local food/grocery only 25 min to downtown Seattle. Fully equipped with crockpot, instapot, blender, ect we had plenty of room. Host is very quick and friendly to respond. Would definitely stay again if we went to Seattle with a group. Thank you

We were a group of 8 senior ladies and the bedrooms/beds worked out great. It was appreciated that an extra small table and chairs were furnished so the group could eat together. There were some things that would have been helpful to have in the kitchen, namely paring knives. mixing bowls, and drinking glasses. The blinds in one of the bedrooms didn't work at all, so you had to dress in another room and the blinds to the patio did not work smoothly. The family room should have side tables so people could set coffee cups. This was not a owner problem, but the cleaners: the garbage can was full when we arrived. it was nice to have two options for the making coffee, but we had trouble figuring out the Keurig - directions would be helpful. All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend the home for large groups.

This was a beautiful home and a great space for our GS troop of 11. We all had our private areas, and it never felt overcrowded. Though this was a drive to get into Seattle, it was still a great location. Easy access to many shops and the highway. The only thing I would say that would have made this a stay better would be having the availability of basic kitchen spices (salt, pepper, sugar) and having the handles for the kitchen pots tightened for safety reasons. I suppose I had expected the spices, as I have rented other homes and they all supplied the basics, which means not having to waste money on big cans of spices and needing to toss out or leave at the end of our stay. Easy fixes. Would not hesitate to recommend this home to other GS troops or rent this out again for my family. Thanks for making this stay memorable!

Family Trip

The house was in a small quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the amount of people we traveled with. I would definitely recommend this house.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday and had a wonderful stay. The host was great when it came to responding to my questions & concerns, The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the space was comfortable for me and my family. I would recommend this house. We had a party of 9. The only reason i gave it a 5 was because some of the furniture was a little warn, the wifi kept weakening. And the kitchen cupboards & stove could have been a little cleaner. None of which were deal breakers for us. 4.7 rating.

The home was very cozy and had ample space for everyone. The home has a well equipped kitchen with plenty of appliances. The kids especially enjoyed the waffle maker. Host was very responsive and the location was ideal. Close to grocery stores, coffee and fast food places. Only thing to note was that the tub in the master bedroom had a sign that it was temporarily out of order. I didn't mind it as I was not planning to use it.but might be a disappointment for guest that would like to and no where on the listing does it say that or was it communicated.
