Apartment terrace sea view feet in the water ....<br>T2 located on the beach of Porticcio.<br>In a new residence called the Galatea, you have direct access to the beach with a badge and all the amenities and shops offered in Porticcio. <br><br>This fully air-conditioned apartment of 48m2 and its 40m2 terrace offers you a magnificent panoramic sea view and allows you to admire the beach of Porticcio but also the bay of Ajaccio. It is located on the 2nd and last floor.<br><br>Composed of a fitted and equipped kitchen with a dining area, open to the living room with television, opening onto the terrace, where garden furniture and 2 sunbeds and a parasol are installed allowing you to admire the magnificent sea view. <br>There is also a dining table and an electric plancha. <br><br>From the terrace you can access the bedroom from where you can admire the sea. <br>It is composed of a King Size bed (180x200) and a dressing room. <br><br>A separate bathroom with a vanity unit, a walk-in shower and a connected towel rail (you can connect your smartphone and listen to music) is located opposite the bedroom. <br>A washing machine is at your disposal in the bathroom. <br>The toilet is independent. <br><br>All the equipment in the apartment is new and of high quality. <br>The quicko sofa bed in the living room has very comfortable bedding with a 160x200 mattress. It can be folded up leaving the sheets installed but without the pillows which are arranged in a cupboard located right next to the sofa. <br><br>You will have at your disposal towels, tea towels for the kitchen and Foutas for the beach. <br>Bed linen is also provided, and beds will be made on arrival. <br>The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. <br>A safe is available.<br><br>The apartment has a closed box of 10m2 on the ground floor where you can arrange your various equipment (paddle, bike...).<br>A space located in a closed covered car park is at your disposal. <br><br>The residence on 3 levels has an lift and is located near the various food shops, a supermarket, a pharmacy, various restaurants and water activities... within walking distance. <br><br>You can take the sea shuttle located in front of the residence to get to Ajaccio in about 20 minutes (up to 9 shuttles per day). <br>Ajaccio airport is 10km away, Cauro golf course is 5km away. <br><br>We offer stays of 3 nights minimum. <br>Prices are quoted for the day for 2 people. <br>The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people maximum, the rate will be recalculated on request. <br>A deposit of €800 is required. <br>Check-in times are flexible but check-out time is set at 10 a.m. maximum. <br>We offer a travel cot and a high chair free of charge on request. You will just need to bring sheets for the travel cot. <br><br>You also have the option of renting a second apartment in the same residence, located below it within the availability limit.<br><br>Following your reservation, we will contact you by phone or email to get to know you and to send you a rental contract as well as the internal rules which will be returned to us dated and signed.
