Decouvert par hasard, ce fut un coup de coeur pour toute la famille.Petit coin de paradis verdoyant et au calme, à proximité de tout (plages, restaurants/ bars, etc.).Nous avons passé un magnifique sejour dans le gîte de Dominique et Christine. Le logement etait très propre, la kitchinette bien équipée, la litterie très confortable. Les enfants (8 et 10 ans) ont beaucoup apprécié la grande piscine où elles ont fait de belles rencontres. Dominique et Christine organisent un événement très sympa et convivial, permettant aux résidents qui le souhaitent de faire d'avantage connaissance : soirée apéro-"tapas" (inclus dans le séjour).Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil, bienveillance et sollicitude.

Comme à la maison

Cadre magnifique! Bien que nous louons des appartements, l'espace jardin avec sa belle piscine offre un environnement parfait pour toute la famille. Un petit apéro avec tous les locataires et une soirée sympa d'échanges pour les grands comme pour les petits. Belle initiative de Dominique et sa Femme en présence de toute leur petite famille. Si je devais donner un point négatif, ce serait l'espace réception proche des gîtes et le bruit qui en ressort (même fenêtres fermées) mais cela ne m'empêchera pas de relouer à l'occasion. Mes enfants et moi-même étions ravis de notre séjour, et mes enfants ont pu jouer avec d'autres enfants de leurs âges. Merci à Dominique et se Femme de nous avoir permis de profiter de ce magnifique séjour. Sandra Je recommande

Super schönes Anwesen, alles da was man braucht! Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber trotzdem schnell im Zentrum oder am Meer! Tolle Gastgeber, macht sehr sehr viel für die Urlauber! Jederzeit wieder, egal ob Sommer, Herbst oder Winter!

Merci Jacqueline, für Ihre Wertschätzung Charmantes junges deutsches Paar, sehr lächelnd und positiv, selbst während der Dieselstreiks in Frankreich, bald wird die kleine Familie in ein paar Monaten ein Baby mit bereits einem (hübschen kleinen Mädchen, sehr verspielten Hund namens Kira) willkommen heißen. Wir hoffen, dass wir das Vergnügen haben, wieder willkommen zu sein da sie respektvoll und sehr nett sind Charmant jeune couple Allemand très souriant et positif même pendant les grèves de gasoil en France, bientôt la petite famille accueillera un bébé dans quelques mois avec déjà une (fifille jolie petite chienne très joueuse qui s'appelle Kira. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de les accueillir à nouveau car ils sont respectueux et très gentils

Schöner Aufenthalt im Gite des Coquilloux

Wir haben 12 Tage im Appartement Pic St Loup verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt in einem tollen parkähnlichen Grundstück, welches sehr gepflegt ist. Der große Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber. Lediglich die Lage hätte für unseren Geschmack etwas ruhiger sein können. Im Inserat konnte man leider nicht erkennen, dass eine stark befahrene Straße am Grundstück vorbei führt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer bemüht, uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und ähnliches zu geben. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Merci Sandra pour votre appréciation, En effet Les Coquilloux sont à 500m de Montpellier avec certaines commodités mais la grande métropole de cette ville de 500000 habitants a urbanisé une zone de bureau à proximité, de sorte qu'aux heures de bureau il y a de la circulation, même cet endroit reste très arboré semble être à la campagne. L'avantage c'est que le tramway, bus, commerces et toutes les commodités se sont rapprochés de nous. Cordialement Dominique

Petit coin de paradis

C’est un petit coin de paradis à deux pas de tous. Vous êtes plongés dans un cadre idyllique au calme au milieu des vignes et à un quart d’heure de Palavas les flots, et 30 min de La Grande Motte ou du Grau-du-Roi. Nos hôtes ont été chaleureux et discrets, un pot de bienvenue nous était réservé afin que nous rencontrions tous les vacanciers de tout horizon c’était très agréable. Nous vous recommandons fortement ce gîte vous ne le regretterez pas ⛱😇

Nous tenions à remercier infiniment Dominique et Christine. Ils étaient à la fois disponible et discret. Ce sont des personnes qui s’acharnent pour nous accueillir au mieux!!! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Propreté irréprochable, la piscine est super et sécurisée pour les enfants. Si vous souhaitez du calme, les gîtes sont fait pour vous. entspannter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche bei sehr charmanten Gastgebern! Der Pool und die Anlage sind wunderbar, bis nach Montpellier und zum Strand ist es mit dem Auto auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Séjour agréable dans un cadre bucolique.

Quelques petites imperfections mineures au niveau des finitions des gîtes, très vite oubliées. La grande piscine qui n'a été que du bonheur pour nos enfants et petits enfants. Nous avons tous passé une très bonne semaine. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse. Toujours présents, très serviables et pleins d'attention; qui nous ont présenté leur dernière réalisation pleine de promesses. Adresse à conseiller.

A lovely, well-maintained, charming home in the countryside

The owners are welcoming and very knowledgeable about the region. Very amiable and willing to provide everything from a history lesson to best driving directions! The apartment was clean and spacious, ours had two balconies where we could alternate eating breakfast amd dinner. The sunsets from the balcony were stupendous! We will definitely return on our next visit!

Lovely apartment, beautiful city

We have just spent 9 fabulous days at Pic St Loup. The weather has been fantastic, apartment has been great and the owners Dominique and Christine have gone above and beyond our needs. They are extremely friendly and could not help us enough. The location is quiet but near a regular bus stop and within walking distance of a tram stop. It is within a few minutes drive of the beautiful city of Montpellier, which has great architecture and is very modern. We have also enjoyed many lovely restaurants. My son has loved chasing Betty and Poopette (the resident friendly dogs around too). All in all, we could not have asked for a better break away.

Nice place to stay for a family

We had a really nice time in this property! We spent a week as a family, we had 3 adults and one 3-year-old. Even thought the cottage is ideal for 2 adults, we managed to find enough space for us all. The bedroom was spacious and had plenty of room for a baby cot/bed. Also the bed sofa in the living room was comfortable. The cottage has a small kitchen where we managed to cook some meals. All in all the description of the place was accurate, and the whole property clean and practical. The pool area was nice and the pool itself suitable for both adults and kids. The location was good, we visited Montpellier center, the beach, the aquarium in shopping center Odysseum and the sporthall. We moved around by car, but we also used the tram one time from the house to Montpellier center. The tram stop was 10-15 minutes away by walk. Nearest food markets are 2-3 km away. The owner spoke understandable English and he was extremely friendly and helped us in all we needed. So everything worked out perfect with him. We had a great week here and we can really recommend this to friend groups, couples and families.

Très beau gîte

Que c'est agréable s'être bien accueilli, Dominique est un propriétaire sympathique, avenant et serviable. Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le gîte Pic St Loup qui est très confortable, bien entretenu, lumineux et bien décoré, il est entouré d'un magnifique jardin et d'une grande et belle piscine. Le tram permet d'aller à Montpellier sans prendre la voiture, sinon Le Grau du Roi et Aigues Mortes sont des beaux villages à découvrir. Merci à vous.
