Located in a peaceful residential area on the edge of the Saint-François golf course, the villa enjoys a privileged location: you are just minutes from the golf course, the harbour, the marina, shops and restaurants, while still enjoying the peace and privacy of a fully private property.

The villa is set in a 2,000 m² enclosed, secure and completely private tropical garden, with no overlooking neighbours.

You can make the most of this lush green setting around the large 10 × 5 m private saltwater swimming pool, or relax in the new 12 m² Creole-style carbet, nestled in the garden.

The carbet provides a delightful additional outdoor living space: perfect for reading, taking a nap, enjoying an aperitif or simply relaxing in the shade, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation.

The swimming pool has a maximum depth of 1.80 m and is equipped with a removable safety system. The veranda can also be secured with a retractable safety barrier, which is particularly useful for families with young children.
