The apartment, located on the 1st floor of the residence (without lift), has 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm. Each bedroom is equipped with practical storage (wardrobes and bed boxes).

Facing west and north, the apartment remains cool in summer and benefits from full air conditioning in all rooms for optimal comfort.

The large living room includes an entrance, an open kitchen, a living room opening onto the terrace, and a convivial dining area.

Ideal for families: travel cot, high chair, stroller and bicycle storage are available.

Only 150 m from the beaches, the apartment is in the heart of the Port of Carqueiranne but in a small quiet alley a few metres away, while remaining in the immediate vicinity of shops and restaurants. Its location is also perfect for discovering the treasures of the region by car.
