The room we booked was not the room we were given due to roof leaking and damage the room we booked was larger with a kitchen. The room we got was considerably smaller and no stove. I asked about refunding for compensation due to the inconvenience of now having to go out for meals where we had plan on cooking our own. It was not even considered. I could have booked the room we were given on VRBO for about 100 dollars less for the week than the one we booked. Poor customer care. We will not likely stay there again.

Great place to stay!

Nice one room with full kitchen. Clean, staff is friendly and attentive. Pool is nice and access to the beach is directly across street. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and convenience store right next door.

Perfect location

I have stayed here 2 times and enjoyed our time here. I will definitely be returning, thank you Katie and Brent for your hospitality and kindness and the persons staying here both times were so enjoyable. It’s the perfect location and so close to the beach with many perks!

Wonderful Spot for a Family Reunion

This was our second family reunion held at the Retreat. Our room was large and comfortable, the beach is close by, and the pool is a great place to hang out between beach visits. The large grill on-site made group dinners easy. Overall, a terrific experience.

An enjoyable stay!

We had a short but very enjoyable stay. We found the BBRetreat clean and welcoming. Everything provided was in good condition. The pool was clean and perfect temp. It’s a very well cared for property and I’d stay there again for sure!

Great spot. Easy to get to, easy check in, check out, clean, easy access to beach, great location, near everything. Not as remote as other parts of the beach, but don’t have to pay parking either. Walking distance to St. john’s pass and a convenience store right across the street. Highly recommend!

Property was very clean and staff was very friendly. Would rebook again. A few minor requests were dealt with immediately. Would have liked more towels in the room.

We had such a nice time staying at the Boutique Beach Resort. It was even better than the listing appeared when we arrived. The room was clean and spacious. There were very cute touches and accommodations. The hosts were responsive. I was able to work remotely for a partial weekday during my stay and had zero issues.

Wonderful little gem of a Resort - Our New Favorite

My BF and I loved our stay. Our room was clean, fresh and modern. Large kitchen with full stove/oven and fridge. Very friendly staff. Beautiful pool with loungers, pool toys and a grill pit. All renovated and new. Absolutely phenomenal price. We loved it and will be back.

We absolutely loved the stay here. Our room was so adorable and very clean. Katie the general manager is such a doll as is Jenny the housekeeper. We absolutely loved taljing with them both. The maintanance gentleman also was such a pleasant person, we had some problems with the toilet the first night we arrived, we spoke to him next morning and he promtly fixed the problem. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you for the great experience at your amazing motel.
