Modern house "Au gré du vent Oléron" in a quiet area of 190m² on 1800m² of land at the end of a cul-de-sac. Large garden and beautiful swimming pool... 15min by bike from the beach of Les Sables Vigniers and the port of Douet. Our house is ideal to accommodate 12 people (4 couples and 4 children).

5 minutes walk from all shops (Carrefour Market, bakery, restaurants, tobacconist, bookshop, bike rental...) and the Chéray market (cheesemonger, fishmonger, butcher, vegetables...). Close to the Prés Valet leisure park (Ti Bato, skate park, basketball court, petanque, fishing, zip line, inflatable games...).

From a medical point of view, you have a pharmacy, a doctor's office and nurses on site in the centre of Chéray.

There are many activities nearby: fishing, boating, walking, cycling, horseback riding, golf, night markets, tree climbing, kayaking, yoga, paddle, kite, sailing, surfing, ...

The location of the house makes it possible to do without your car completely and to get around by bike thanks to the many cycle paths nearby.

You have the opportunity to reach the beaches on the ocean side and on the mainland side in a few minutes. The beach of Les Sables Vigniers, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, is only 2.5 km away and is easily accessible by bike via small picturesque roads.
