Avenwood cabins offers private cabin getaways in the beautiful Wayne National Forest. Our woodland escape ensures relaxation while providing modern amenities. Each cabin boasts state-of-the-art hot tubs with a view of the forest, queen-sized beds for guest comfort, air conditioning for those warmer months, WIFI and Roku-equipped televisions to keep you connected, and of course a pet-friendly environment for your fur babies!

Comfortable & Convenient, Near Hocking Hills and Wayne NF

This was a great cabin to relax in after hiking in Hocking Hills and Wayne NF. Close to Logan as well for groceries, restaurants, etc. Property was very clean and comfortable.

A great getaway

The private backyard was great and the size of the interior was much larger than expected. I was surprised that the cleaning office is attached to the cabin, and part of the view from the dining room is obstructed, but it was definitely well worth it. Would definitely stay there again.

Ended up staying in a different cabin which was slot nicer than this one. Was a little mishap with the booking but it was handled quickly and professionally

2nd visit and even better!

My family has visited now twice, back to back years in December. We had a great time once again! Everything was clean and awesome in the cabin. The cabin wasn’t as cold as last year, and perhaps that’s been updated. You can’t beat the hot tub and pool table. Location is close to Logan and hiking in Hocking Hills. We look forward to our next visit!!

Great Place to Stay

This property was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! The breakfast room is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows and was the perfect spot to sit down and play a board game. The kitchen came equipped with just enough supplies that we could cook inside one night. We spent most of our time in the Billiards room, which was a huge reason we booked this cabin! Most of the pool cues were broken, but we were able to fix one so we each had a cue to play with. The backyard with the hot tub and firepit was a lovely little view! Overall a beautiful space and perfect for just us two and the dog, but definitely will come back here with friends!
