Small detached, recently built house, at the heart of the village. South of Lyon, very close to the city of Vienne & the department of Isere, 21 km from Eurexpo. Easily accessed, A46 (East bypass road) & A7 motorways nearby. Accommodation all on 1 level, on same property as owner's modern house. Living room with kitchen & lounge areas (top quality double sofa bed). Bedroom (double bed). Shower room including WC. Warm/cool system. Covered terrace, shady garden, private parking. No smoking.
