Seaglass July 2022
Seaglass is an excellent house for a large group and has a great location. The house is not brand new and shows a little wear and tear, but overall is friendly and inviting. The main room is open, spacious and comfortable with two dining tables. One is a little rickety and needs to be stabilized. The kitchen is roomy, and the pantry is huge with plenty of room. The house has two refrigerators but no icemaker. The bedrooms were satisfactory, but some of the sheets were a little small. The house has plenty of bathrooms, although all worked some could use a Iittle maintenance. The towel supply was a bit skimpy with no hand towels. The managing company was prompt responding to repairs even on the weekends. It has a great deck facing the ocean and a second one facing the bay. The oceanside deck has chairs and rockers as well as a swing. As is true for most beach houses, this one has no lift or elevator for disabled or handicapped individuals. The outside stairs may appear daunting, but there is a second inside narrower stairway with handrails that opens from the carport. There are some beach toys and a couple of beach chairs in the space next to the inside stairs. The trash issue is better since trash pickup is now twice a week, but a second city trash can would be helpful. Overall, we had a great time at Seaglass! None of our issues were showstoppers and were prompty addressed by the management. We would certainly recommend Seaglass to anyone looking for a great beach vacation!
