Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all the trash to the blue dumpster 515 Amigo Lane. Please turn the thermostat to 78°. Make sure the dishes are in the dishwasher and the dishwasher runs its cycle. Please report any damage

This is a point lot on one of the best fishing areas on the Galveston coast line. Boat access from your private dock to Christmas Bay, Bastrop Bay, Intercostal Canal, West Bay, San Luis Pass, and the Gulf of Mexico. It offers the beach and the bay right next to each other. Boat ramp 100 feet from the house. Catch Redfish, Trout, Flounder and Crabs.

The wade fishing at the Beach and Christmas Bay right out your back door is outstanding and when your finished the sunsets are to die for!!! Park you boat at your back door on your private dock. Incredible sea and coastal bird watching.
