Private Host.. Check in 3pm check out 11am, When you rent a room from a private condo owner, you get the room that you see in the photos, along with the location you choose , that’s not always the case with large rental agencies or hotels. Our condo, is set up to accommodate 5 persons. Two bathrooms. Having the privacy of two separate rooms. (3 BEDS total, 2 kings and 1 queen) Many couples enjoy having this space for the themself’s and enjoy each having their own bath room. The king size bed in the bedroom just got a new memory foam mattress January 2023. Aloha! We just completed our remodel in Nov. 2022. We installed approximately 30 new pieces of cabinetry in kitchen and both baths, new kitchen sink, and lavatories, new faucets, quartz counter tops, new appliances, 27.2 cubic side by side refrigerator for all those extra things you need when on vacation. New hardwood flooring in the living area. The living area has a king size Murphy bed with memory foam mattress and also a queen size new sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Also comfortable chairs and coffee table. The 225 sq. Lanai has a large patio table with 6 chairs, plus a lounge. Perfect for the couple that wants their space, his and her own baths, and real privacy.
Or if you’re looking for a condo to share expenses, and still enjoy privacy, comfort, and excellent ocean front views. We have great comfortable sleeping arrangements, with 1 king bed in the bedroom, with a brand new memory foam mattress (Dec. 2022 ~ and a king Murphy bed in the living room, and a new queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. Sleeps 5 ~ and 2 baths. 905 square feet living space, and a Lanai approximately 30ft. by 8ft. Our location is perfect, if you like privacy to enjoy while enjoying your time in the sun on the lanai, this side of tower two is the place you can do that, along with those evenings your dining on the lanai, you don't have to share it with everyone else. Our prices reflect up to 5 person occupancy . There is no parking fee. The Resort does charge a Resort fee starting April 1st. 2024 is $36 a day plus tax. - April 1st. 2025 resort fee will be $36 a day plus tax. which covers services such as, free parking, tennis court use, tennis or Pickel ball, gym, beach towels, beach chairs, also free use of a large washer and dryer on each floor next to elevators. Mid stay cleaning is available for $100.00 each time. Because of uncertain times for travelers, buying travel insurance is a good investment. Stroll the boardwalk on Kaanapali beach, sun bathe on Kaanapali's golden sand beach, use our beautiful pool and spa, tennis courts, snorkel at black rock, visit our gym and work out.
The Whaler is steps away from the Hula Grill, or shop next door at Whalers Village, ABC convenience store. Our barbecues are right on the edge of property next to beach walk, and beach. The very best! Go to Costco and load up!

When getting ready to leave for home, here’s a few things, that we ask our guests to do before leaving.
* take out all trash (trash chute is close to the elevators on each floor)
* remove all items from refrigerator
* leave all beds that you used unmade.
* place all dirty dishes in dish washer and turn on as you leave.
* make sure you look around for any of your personal things, such as devices, charging cords, wallets, purses, etc.

George and Judy Woolston, we have been owners since 1998 and purchased room #657 in 2005. We came to Maui on our honeymoon in 1971. We been in the building business most my life, and bought and sold property. When we first visited The Whaler in 1996, we knew this was a very special place, and began our reserch to own our own place on this wonderful beach front property like no other, even among the fine properties were surrounded with here on Kaanapali Beach. People ask all the time why I think the Whaler is different. Well it’s different in many ways, but here,s one no one can argue with. The Whaler property has two towers separated by a huge court yard, with no building in between the two towers, That gives a beautiful view of the mountains with fabulous rainbows when it occasionally rains, and a ocean view to go along with the Mountain View, so what that does is from the sunrise early in the morning. the sun shines its beautiful light from between the two towers and lights up your day from the beginning of the day. During the day you can enjoy both the beautiful ocean while you enjoy the mountains at the same time. Kaanapali beach walk is as good as it gets. your steps from Whalers Village, it’s so nice to break up the day and take a stroll, shop, eat, and much more. Black Rock is one of the great reasons people want to be here also. And if your so blessed to be here Dec. through March for whale birthing season, its just a time in your life you will remember. My wife and I are retired, and enjoy coming back, several times a year. We live in Boise Idaho, and enjoy its beauty. We have lived on a small ranch and have raised and shown working cow horses, had as many as 55 head at one time, and many more over time. We are presently down to zero. No pets and no kids, all grown and on their own, were free. If you have read our profile you know us some what, Like most people we all have something to say, and thats ours

What makes this property unique
Being that the Whaler is a condo property, its so perfect for families and couples alike. Our condo is 905 sq. ft. interior and lanai area 215 sq. ft. you get so much more for your vacation. cooking, free washer and dryer on each floor next to the elevators, large private lanai, our lanai is blocked from the trade winds because of its orientation, and also the sunsets and the privacy that it affords. were on the six floor where your not to high and to low just right. always ask for additional photos. The Whaler is a place you need to come visit and expierence for yourself
