Architect's villa with swimming pool 9.50X3m, quiet in the center of the Etang Salé les hauts (near butcher, bakery...) in enclosed land 8' from the beach, 3' from the forest. The very well equipped villa offers a living room, a dining area, a large "meal" veranda, another "aperitif", the 2 ventilated. There are 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds PLUS 1 bedroom with single bed (1-2 children), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Secure swimming pool, garden, plancha area. Parking. Non-smoking villa (but 2 verandas!). A nice dog and a cat guard the kaz (stay outside). Possible visits
