Appartement très propre et complètement refait. L'appartement a la climatisation dans la chambre et le salon, c'est vraiment utile avec les canicules, on peut ainsi dormir la nuit et se reposer. La communication avec le propriétaire et la personne en charge du ménage et remise des clés se fait très bien. Seul bémol auquel le propriétaire ne peut rien à cause de l'âge de l'immeuble et comment est agencé l'appartement : isolation faible des cloisons, on entend des canalisations des voisins de temps en temps et les WC sont très petit (mais c'est ainsi dans les immeubles des années 1900). Pas de problème pour l'isolation phonique extérieure, toutes les vitres ont été refaites et isolent très bien du bruit de la rue. La literie de la chambre et du bz du salon sont très bonne à mon goût. Appartement bien situé dans les 5 avenues, proche des bus, tram et métro. De nombreuses supérettes et vendeurs de fruits et légumes à côté.

Appartement neuf et propre. Bien équipé. Bien situé et proche des transports (métro, tramway…).Par contre il est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur et Pas de place de parking pour ceux avec un voiture.
