CHALET SAINT JEAN D'AULPS STATION - SLOPE FOOT - 12 PEOPLE



**THE OWNER ADHERES TO THE SUMMER MULTIPASS 2025**



The Chalet is composed as follows:



On the Ground Floor:

A common ski room between the two apartments of the chalet with laundry room (washing machine and dryer), shoe and glove dryer, ski storage room.



- 1 Main room including:

A fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, single sink, hood, oven, microwave

A dining room with a table, chairs, and a bay window overlooking the terrace facing EAST.



A spacious and bright living room with TV, sofa bed.



- 1 Master bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200) with wardrobe, and shower

- 1 bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200) with storage and small balcony

- 1 Separate Bathroom

- A shower room, with single washbasin and towel warmer



Exterior:

- A terrace facing EAST with dining table and chairs, barbecue for



On the 1st Floor: summer

- A bike storage room with a washing station to clean them



- 1 Main room including:

A fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, single sink, hood, oven, microwave



A dining room with a table, chairs, and a bay window overlooking a small balcony facing EAST.



A spacious and bright living room with TV, tastefully decorated, with a sofa.



- 1 Master bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200) with wardrobe, and shower, sink, small balcony

- 1 bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200) with storage

- 1 Separate Bathroom

- A shower room with a towel warmer, double sink, and toilet

- A mezzanine with 4 single beds (90x200), wardrobes and drawers



It is forbidden to plug an electric vehicle into a household outlet, as this poses risks of overheating, fire outbreak, as well as overcurrent that could damage the electrical circuit of the chalet.

Ce chalet est vraiment top, spacieux, convivial, bien équipé et au pied des pistes. La literie est bonne , tout est propre et bien entretenu. Parti a 3 couples et 4 enfants. Le faite d'avoir un appartement en bas est un gros plus. L'équipement dans l'entrée est superbe chauffe chaussures, rangement ski. Le personnel de l'agence est très agréable et très arrangeant. Si nous devions donner un petit point négatif : pas mal d'ustensiles de cuisine casserole et poêle ne fonctionnent pas sur les plaques (il serais utile de les retirer) et pour ceux dans l'appartement du bas attention l'isolation est très fine si vous louer séparément. Je recommande cet chalet très agréable.

Superbe sejour passe au Green Marmottes!

Apres 3 Noel/Jour de l'an consecutifs passes au Coffy, nous avons eu cette annee la joie de decouvrir ce nouveau Chalet Les Green Marmottes! Et sans aucun regret!!! Le chalet est magnifique, tres belle decoration, literie, salles de bain et electromenagers de qualite! Tout y est pour passer un merveilleux sejour. De plus le chalet est situe a quelques pas a pieds de la station de ski Roc d'Enfer, un reel plus pour vos vacances! Nous avons deja hate de revenir l'annee prochaine! Un grand merci a Pauline pour son aide et sa gentillesse! A l'annee prochaine, Audrey Pas grand chose, tout est parfait. Juste quelques petits details: Certaines casseroles et poelles ne sont pas equipees pour la cuisson induction. Il manque un etandage pr le linge.

Location en été

Très beau chalet décoré avec goût. Nous étions 7 adultes et 2 enfants le chalet est parfait pour cette configuration. Chacun a son espace. Seul petit bémol les laves vaisselle un peu trop petit. A part ça c’était parfait une adresse à retenir!
