This was a really great place to stay. Very clean and cozy. It felt like we were in the country and secluded, however, it took just a few minutes to walk downtown. Really was a great place to stay. Would highly recommend!!

Our family of six (all adults) really enjoyed our stay over the Fourth of July! Clean, parking right outside the door, great view and two minute walk to fun and food. Communication was great, and we would definitely recommend this VRBO to others in the future!

"Cozy" sometimes means cramped or cabin bare bones but I would use "cozy" to describe our stay for totally different reasons. The layout proves plenty of space and open areas that was very helpful for my mother in law in her walker.The patio entrance was ideal for her mobility (wide and short direct distance from handicap spot) and the family room furniture was great for movies on the sectional. Kitchen is big and well-stocked with odds and ends pantry items (check the drawers and cabinets before you shop)Patio view is private but you still see the mountain tops here and there. Will stay here again!

Thank you for having us! Very convenient to town and local attractions. Your house is beautiful and very cozy. During our stay in May they had a random winter storm and our host offered us to stay until the storm passed which was very thoughtful. Would definitely rent again if in area.

Great location and the perfect setup for our family’s three days in Estes Park. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. Living room was spacious, with a nice sectional, and having the laundry on site allowed us to travel home with clean clothes. A family of elk visited us right outside our front door on our last evening there. Really loved the way the whole place felt overall.

This condo is just as advertised, easy walk to downtown, well laid out and communication with hosts were answered quickly. Very close to Rocky Mountain Park entrance and on some mornings even had elk in our front yard. Kitchen is well stocked and layout was perfect for us.
