UNIT 22 - TREETOP 2 BEDROOM VILLA

Nestled among the tree tops, this unique octagon shaped home has plenty of amenities, including the use of 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool (with a sauna & hot tubs), tennis courts and a volley ball/basketball court all within in a small village setting. This is a home with all the amenities of a condo!

This freestanding home home has two levels and features include a large Master Suite with a Queen bed & private bath, Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living area, plus a full kitchen, extra half-bath, dining area and is located just a short walk from one of the three outdoor pools.

The perfect location for a group stay as we have multiple homes located within the Tree Top Village community allowing for groups of up to 28 guests.

Tree Top Village is located on Horseshoe Bend/Lake Ozark and by water at the 12.5 mile marker next to the Four Seasons Cove Golf Course and is also close to restaurants, attractions and shopping including the 80 store outlet mall. There are no elevators on the property. This unit has approximately 28 steps to the unit.
Please note this unit does not have water frontage or view.

Cute with some issues

Positives : Good location, self check in Issues: first day was unbearable, so hot. It was the hottest day of the year. AC was not working properly. We had to ask for fans. Also we arrived 45 minutes early, and property manager stated that if we paid a fee ?$55 dollars we could check in early. We asked if we could leave are car close by and walk around but stated we need to move our car to another condo community although there was plenty of parking open we would have parked for maybe 30 minutes . This was just annoying. Place is dated but in a great community with nice neighbors.
