Cheerful 3-Bedroom Villa Sleeps 8 With Public Pool

Located in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks in Osage Beach, Missouri you will find this one-of-a-kind resort turned condominium complex. With all of the comforts of the vintage resort amenities, you can stay on property in one of the many private comfortable villas. This unit is a third tier home.

Each one is just a little bit different, but similarly the same. Walk in on the main level to find the treehouse feel in the open area, combination Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen with views nestled in the trees and lake side. The Living Room includes a flat screen TV, wireless internet and access to the deck. Dining and Kitchen will have plenty of seating for your group and all the accoutrements of home. They include full sized refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher and other small appliances such as toasters and blenders. Also located on the main level is the King bedroom. This bedroom features a flat screen TV, full bathroom and stack washer and dryer.

Upstairs is a loft bedroom complete with Queen bed, hanging space and a half bath. Downstairs features the last bedroom with a Queen bed, private bathroom with standing shower and small sitting deck. Living room includes a Queen sofa sleeper making this home sleep up to 8 guests.

Complex amenities include rentable covered boat slips, large swim deck, boat launch (up to 25' boat) and trailer parking, playground, outdoor pool with splash zone and rentable meeting space with full kitchen to seat up to 150 guests.

There is room to park at least 2 cars in front of every unit with overflow parking available. It's just a short drive to find dining, convenience stores, fast food, groceries, attractions, golf and more! By water, Holiday Shores is located at the 17 Mile Marker of the Main Channel, close to many of the most popular waterfront restaurants and night life!

Great Space for Golf Outing

I stayed here with three of my groomsmen for my bachelor party over Memorial Day weekend. The place worked out great and I loved all of the golf decor throughout the house. It did the job and is in a great spot!

Great place!

Zach was an awesome host! He responded quickly and helped with anything we needed. It was very clean, and a very nice 3 bedroom villa. We highly recommend staying here, and we will again if we go back to the Ozarks!

Ozark Family Trip

The stay was amazing. Loved the cottage, great use of space, plenty of room. Loved all the swimming amenities, lake and pool. People were very friendly, close to all other attractions in area. We will definitely come again!!! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful home with us.

This was an excellent location and choice for our needs. Furthermore, the host was extremely courteous with allowing us both to check-in a bit earlier based on need and time of arrival as well as check out based on time of departure. This is the kind of flexibility that makes a difference.

Family Weekend

The house was great! The master bedroom was spacious, and the house was clean. A little outdated but everything worked well. There were a lot of steps down to the dock, but the dock was fun with picnic tables, umbrellas, and ladders to get in and out of the lake. The dock needs some boards replaced but otherwise in working condition. The pool was awesome & clean, my 4 year old enjoyed the splash pad as well. We would stay here again.

Family lake trip

Loved the space in the unit. The 3 bedrooms were great especially with a bathroom attached to each. The master bedroom was spacious enough for the grandkids to sleep on floor in sleeping bags. The unit is sooo close to the pool, makes it easy for the little ones. Great boat dock and trailer parking. The community swim dock is great for a some easy fishing or jumping in the water. Every convenience is less than a mile drive. Absolutely appreciated communication from the owner. He responded immediately and was very nice. This is an absolute great unit for a family or 3 couples. Loved it!!!

Great place!

We had an absolutely great stay. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and was quick to respond. We were not able to use WIFI, but no big deal...nice to get away from that! We will plan on staying there again!

Perfect place for a getaway

We found this property to be perfect for our family of 5. My kids loved the layout, having an upstairs and downstairs was so fun. The laundry and kitchen amenities made traveling with kids super easy. The owner was quick to respond to any questions.
