Spacious Condo at The Ledges is perfect for 3 families or large groups.
Recently renovated: new living area flooring, couch & chairs, air conditioner, granite counters, 42" cabinets, corian bathroom vanities.
Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings & loft area.
Large deck with a spectacular main channel & cove view with two tables, seating for 12 & an electric grill.
The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful, tropical dishware, variety of pots, pans & bakeware.
3 bedrooms are on the main level: Master bedroom with a king bed, TV & full bathroom (tub/shower) & private access to the deck; 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. Another full bathroom is located in the hall.
Upstairs is the second Master bedroom w/ queen bed & twin bed, w/ TV & private full bathroom (tub/shower).
Loft area has 2 queen beds & a large TV.
Full sized washer & dryer with laundry detergent provided.
ITEMS SUPPLIED:
We provide a starter amount of toilet paper (2-3 rolls/bathroom), 1 spare roll of paper towels, 10 kitchen trashbags. If you anticipate you will need more, please bring additional amounts.
Hair dryers, shampoo, shower gel in each bathroom.
Kitchen: dish detergent & liquid dish soap, dish towels, 10 kitchen trash bags, 1 extra roll of paper towels.
Towels, dishes & silverware for 12 guests.
Pots, pans, baking trays, 13x9 pans, large serving bowls.
**PLEASE NOTE: This is a top floor condo & must be able to climb stairs to enter (1.5 flights from the parking lot level). The Ledges doesn't have elevators.

Boat slips available upon request for an additional charge.

Great place to stay with family. 2 primary bedrooms was a major plus. Pool and beach on site. Location is close to many adventures.

Girls trip to the lake

Great location, comfortable beds, excellent view from the deck at sunset. Well equipped, host was quick to respond when WiFi needed to be reset. We would stay here again.

Aside from a small hiccup with the listing showing the wrong unit number, everything was fantastic. Place was perfect for what our group needed. Owner was very responsive to assist with the minor glitch. Fantastic weekend!

Fan upstairs didn't work nor did the sliding door going out to deck, one of the guy's that stayed there fixed them . We fixed a couple of meals with only 1 one frying pan. . We will stay here again ! ! Do you have any additional properties in this complex ? ?

Nice having the 5 bedrooms

Overall a great stay! Just a couple small changes would really make this place amazing. The towels were about as low of quality as I’ve ever used and it would have been nice to have some extras. This is just a personal opinion, but I think 4 pillows per king and queen bed is the industry standard, 2 pillows for that size bed are just not enough. Could also use an upgrade of kitchen utensils and supplies. The unit and complex as well access to a boat slip was nice. The layout and rooms and bathrooms worked well for our group of 8.

Nice Place

Nice top floor condo. Clean with plenty of utensils, toiletries and a beautiful view. I had a mishap where I couldn’t find the lockbox (even with instructions) and called Gary pretty late for help. He answered, didn’t get annoyed with me, guided me to the lockbox and all was well. My only minor complaint is the beds weren’t very comfortable and I’d wish for more updated comforters. All in all we had a wonderful time in this unit.

The stay was nice except we had to continue to reset the hot water heater in order to have hot water. The outside grill was dangerous and flamed up but everything else was nice and I would stay there again.

Great location

The property was nice and clean. We enjoyed the water while we were there. We rented a boat and had a great day. We brought our own beach towels. It was a great time to all meet from Michigan, Indiana, Kansas and Missouri! Thank you for sharing your place!

Nice and quiet

We had a good time there. It's very comfortable and easy to get to. Family had plenty of space and the rooms were separated nicely. Some of the fixtures could use a update. Parking isn't to accommodating for multiple vehicles but it is doable. We would consider staying there the next time.
