5 Br/3ba - Main Channel View - 2 Masters -7 Beds

Spacious Condo at The Ledges is perfect for 3 families or large groups.
Recently renovated: new living area flooring, couch & chairs, air conditioner, granite counters, 42" cabinets, corian bathroom vanities.
Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings & loft area.
Large deck with a spectacular main channel & cove view with two tables, seating for 12 & an electric grill.
The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful, tropical dishware, variety of pots, pans & bakeware.
3 bedrooms are on the main level: Master bedroom with a king bed, TV & full bathroom (tub/shower) & private access to the deck; 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. Another full bathroom is located in the hall.
Upstairs is the second Master bedroom w/ queen bed & twin bed, w/ TV & private full bathroom (tub/shower).
Loft area has 2 queen beds & a large TV.
Full sized washer & dryer with laundry detergent provided.
ITEMS SUPPLIED:
We provide a starter amount of toilet paper (2-3 rolls/bathroom), 1 spare roll of paper towels, 10 kitchen trashbags. If you anticipate you will need more, please bring additional amounts.
Hair dryers, shampoo, shower gel in each bathroom.
Kitchen: dish detergent & liquid dish soap, dish towels, 10 kitchen trash bags, 1 extra roll of paper towels.
Towels, dishes & silverware for 12 guests.
Pots, pans, baking trays, 13x9 pans, large serving bowls.
**PLEASE NOTE: This is a top floor condo & must be able to climb stairs to enter (1.5 flights from the parking lot level). The Ledges doesn't have elevators.

Boat slips available upon request for an additional charge.

The stay was nice except we had to continue to reset the hot water heater in order to have hot water. The outside grill was dangerous and flamed up but everything else was nice and I would stay there again.
