I’ll start with the good things:-plenty of room and nice that it’s almost like it’s 2 condos in one If you travel with separate families -Great Lake view!-close parking -close to pool and assigned dock Not so good things:-Ants-spiders -haul to the beach area

Hosts respond very quickly to messages and helped us to find the condo when we struggled at check in. Photos are slightly deceiving, as I was under the impression that the pool and beach/play area were closer to the condo rather than a building or few buildings away. The grill was rather dirty and didn't work when we tried to use it, when I messaged the host to inform them they responded rather quickly how to fix it (but it would have been nice had they shared this information upfront or included it in the listing or check in directions somewhere). Mattress protectors are very crinkly and loud. I'm not an expert, nor did I measure them, but I believe the beds are not queen size and were instead full size beds. Overall, location was excellent, there was plenty of space for all of us, and the condo (with the exception of the grill) was clean when we arrived.

Great lake view and great accommodations. Mother nature didn’t cooperate very well as it was too cold to use the lake the first day and very windy the second day. I grew up on the Little Niangua arm of the lake and will probably stay away from the main channel on our next lake trip. Also, too much boat traffic, even on weekdays. Overall, we had a great trip and the condo perfectly fit our group. I know the hosts can’t control the boat traffic or the weather. Maybe we’ll be more lucky on those items on our next trip to the Lake of the Ozarks.
