You'll feel right at home in our newly renovated and well stocked kitchen. We love the open layout that the unique design of the villa provides. This charming treehouse style villa with open floorplan is warm and inviting, and is a place you'll be able to make lasting memories. The main floor features a spacious bedroom with king size bed and bathroom. The upstairs loft with queen bed and half bath has a small nook for kids to explore. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, full bath, and private deck to relax and overlook the cove. Located just steps away from the seasonal pool, the villa is on the 3rd tier of the property from the lake and private swim dock. Near the heart of Osage Beach yet that secluded feeling of a quiet lake adventure.

Why they chose this property
We visited Lake of the Ozarks a couple years in a row before deciding to purchase this property. We decided on Holiday Shores as it was a very unique style and situated in a secluded cove providing both beauty and privacy. Being in close proximity to shopping and nightlife also makes this a compelling place to stay when visiting the lake.
What makes this property unique
We love the open feel of the main floor an saw this as a place for our family to come and enjoy time with eachother. We love to cook, play games, & relax making this a room for everyone.
