This house gives you access to an exclusive Indoor Pool & Hot Tubs on the Treetop Village resort property, and access to the new Village of Four Seasons Aquatic Center (located 1/4-mile away)! We are constantly keeping this home fresh with updates. 3 new bathrooms coming January 2025. New exterior doors and window (Nov 2021). New flooring, new fixtures, new stove & hood (Nov, 2020). On the water, octagon-shaped cottage with a unique architecture of rough hewn interior finishes and exposed beams. Amazing views from the huge deck makes this Treetop Village home feel like you are truly living above the trees. Your birds-eye view looks down into 1 of the 3 outdoor pools, with public boat slips steps away for fishing, swimming, or docking your boat. Two-level home with master king bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room with an additional full bathroom all on the main level; and a bedroom, sitting area that converts into a bedroom, and a bathroom in the lower walk-out level. The upstairs living room contains a sleeper sofa with a sliding room divider for additional privacy. Conveniently located and easily accessible off of Horseshoe Bend Parkway, a quarter mile past The Lodge of the Four Seasons and minutes from marinas, restaurants, nightlife and golf. By water, Treetop Village is located at the 13-mile-marker. Other amenities include an indoor heated pool with 2 hot tubs and sauna, 2 tennis courts, recreation dock, and a basketball/volleyball court. Smart TVs are 45 and 50-inch flat screens, each with DVD players.

The neighboring house is also listed on VRBO and is owned/managed by the same family in case you need 2 homes to accommodate your large group. Search on '788347' in VRBO to view this house.

Awesome Villa

The villa was just as advertised. It was super clean, and proximity to the pool was amazing for us with small children. It had everything and more that anyone would need for a great vacation. We didn’t need to contact the owner, but that just means check in process was smooth and we had no issues!!

Great Stay!

We had a great time and really loved our stay! The pool is right next to the house and we floated by the public docks. I will warn that the lower level pull out couch is a bit broken, so the bed isn't very comfortable - everyone else in the house said their bed was super comfy! The house is cute and has great space to hang out inside and outside for a group of 7!

Very nice rental home

The house was in a perfect location with everything you could’ve asked for. The public boat slips were under construction and John even let us use the private ones. Overall it was a great stay!

Perfect Family Get Away!

We had a wonderful stay. It is the perfect treehouse (as my children called it). The property is very well kept, and the house stocked with many necessities. I really appreciated having the pool toys and floaties available. We plan on visiting again! John was great when we had difficulty understanding the lock system when we checked in at 12:30am. This is a great get away!

Spring break getaway

We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it was great! Everything was very clean including the furniture, blankets, sheets, and towels. The memory foam beds were so comfortable and water pressure was amazing! Love how the dock is just out the door. The only imperfection was the coffee maker wasn’t draining quite right. Everything exceeded our expectations here and we can’t wait to return. Thanks for a fantastic spring break getaway!

Best VRBO Ever!!

I wanted to see the leaves this fall and this was the perfect location to do that. This treehouse is right on the water with an incredible view of the tree-lined shore. What a joy to wake up to such beauty everyday! This is THE cleanest property I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this is by far the best. The property manager/owner communication was outstanding. I hope to have this location as my "go-to" at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Very much enjoyed where I stayed

Very much enjoyed where I stayed. The only thing I can say is the stairs are so all the way down to the Lake and to the pool and looks closer than it is in the pictures. I got to spend time with my family that live in the area. For barbecue, we had so much fun. It was very peaceful there lots of hills, but that's the area. Only complaint I have as the toilet seat was broken. As sat on it and almost fell to the floor other than that, we had a fantastic, terrific time.

Charming, Spacious and overall awesome!

We had a group of 8 friends and we had such a great time staying in this home. It’s hard to tell by the photos, but it’s very spacious! With the pull out couches and room dividers, it functions as a 4 bedroom! The lake access is really nice and close by, and the 3 pools are so nice. My friends and I spent most of our time on the premises since there was so much to do and the place was nice to be in. The place also had plenty of condiments, towels, everything we need for a comfortable stay. John was a great and accommodating host who always responded promptly and was very hospitable. Thanks so much

Lovely ideally located house

We went with all 4 kids. Fun layout, right near pool and a dock that we used for a rental boat. Wildly convenient location close to everything. Fast internet; recently remodeled amenities. The owners were very supportive. We would definitely go back.
