What's unique is that the pools, beach, & golf course is just steps away. Also, a boat launch is directly across the highway on the bay side. Launch your paddle boards, kayakes, jet skis, & boats.
Perfect access for taking a day trip to pirates cove.

Lastly, for those history buffs. Historic Fort Morgan is just a couple miles down the beach. Spend a day & picnic at the mouth of Mobile Bay.

Or even drive your car onto the ferry & visit dauphin island.

Gulf Shores Family Vacation

Our entire family loved this property. The house itself and the entire surrounding Kiva Dunes complex and all of it's amenities were outstanding and met/exceeded all of our expectations. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.
