Superb 55 m² apartment in a villa, 200 m above the sea at the top of one of the most beautiful residences in Guadeloupe. Panorama as far as the eye can see, landscaped garden and neighboring islands. Ideal for 2 to 4 people in an air-conditioned apartment with a chic and cozy decor that speaks of the tropics.
You have access on foot (less than 5 minutes) to the private beach of Anse des Rochers thanks to the badge and bracelets provided to you. We have a second Type 3 apartment on the same level for 6 people maximum. There is the possibility of renting both apartments at the same time. Maximum 10 people.

Super emplacement, vue mer imprenable
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé et très bien situé. Vue magnifique sur les îles de la Guadeloupe et Basse-Terre. Nous avons apprécié la confort d'une grande literie, la climatisation centrale, la cuisine ouverte sur la loggia/terrasse joliment décorée, sans vis à vis ET la cuve de réserve d'eau!. Accès à la jolie plage privée pour une pause entre deux virées sur cette belle île. Nous recommandons ce bien idéal pour un couple. Nous gardons le contact avec les propriétaires pour un éventuel prochain séjour. M et T

Bel appartement.
Bel appartement situé près de plages et d’attraits touristiques. Belle communication avec la propriétaire. En l’absence de la propriétaire une personne (concierge) nous a accueilli. Il manquait un peu d’informations sur l’endroit de sa part mais il existe un cartable comportant la plupart des informations nécessaires. L’accès au logement est en pente mais des emplacements de stationnement sur le plat sont disponibles un peu plus loin. Belle plage à proximité.
