Best Location to be close to the action... Walk to the Seawall Beach and Pleasure Pier! Amazing Location and Perfect for Groups! This vacation rental is one of TWO cottages side-by-side.
They can be rented together or separately.
This is the PERFECT location: Walk to the Beach, Pleasure Pier, Murdocks, many Restaurants, parade route and other Attractions!
Kiki 1 has two bedrooms and 1 bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed. There are three TVs and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a fold-out couch as well to maximize sleeping for 8 guests. This home is great for a couples retreat or a small family. Rent both together for large families or friend reunions.
Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, 2 dogs maximum, billed after booking. There is a beautiful dog park right across the street. This will be billed separately through Airbnb. If booking on VRBO or sandalfootproperties, choose the pet fee when booking and a seperate invoice will be emailed to you.
What's nearby: From the porch, you can see the Ferris wheel at Pleasure Pier and hear the ocean waves. Just steps to the Seawall for Mardi Gras Parades and 4th of July Celebrations. Take a quick walk across the street to Menard Park. Enjoy the park, dog park, rec room, water pad, and tennis court. Walk down the street to put your feet in the sand or see the many shops, restaurants, and features this island has to offer. Including these places, the Galvez on Island Historic Pleasure Pier, the Poop Deck, and the 5D Theatre Ride. If you are in for some fun, take a Galveston Land & Water Duck Tour.

Great weekend getaway

Kiki 1 was just a few blocks from the seawall and we really appreciated the wagon and beach chairs that were provided for guests. The unit was clean and in great condition. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place for a family beach vacation. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. AC worked great in the south Texas heat. Property was clean and exactly as advertised. Dog park directly across the street is handy if you travel with your fur baby. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy cottage close to Pleasure Pier

Clean and cozy. Appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and the short walk to Seawall Boulevard and Pleasure Pier. We made use of the dog park and enjoyed the sights and sounds of some good tennis matches across the street. Surprisingly quiet at night despite the close proximity to restaurants, bars and Pleasure Pier.

A great Thanksgiving getaway

Kiki 1 is a cute bungalow two blocks from the beach! Across the street is a great dog park, which we used a lot. The house is furnished with everything you could possibly want. We had a small issue with hot water, and it was resolved with one text to the owners. So responsive! We will be returning to this great vacation spot.

Quaint and beautiful house. Perfectly situated.

House was very well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Beds in all rooms were comfortable, as well as the rooms being equipped with TVs readily capable of streaming if so desired. Kitchen had ample seating, as well as stove and all appliances clean and in good working order. Also added benefit of washer and dryer in garage area, that also allowed for temporarily storing items securely, freeing up space inside of living areas. Overall extremely pleased well worth the price and will definitely be booking this location again when future trips arise.

Thoroughly enjoyed the closeness to Pleasure Pier, Murdochs and the beach and the park across the street. House was perfect for our family of 8. Had all the amenities we could need and we were happy to be able to wash out sandy clothes before heading home. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching pickleball players so we would’ve enjoyed a few more porch chairs. Also the grill was extremely poor and thankfully our neighbors let us use their as we had bought a bunch of stuff to grill prior to arrival. So you might invest in a new one that works. The mattress in the room I slept on (without bunk beds) is also in need of replacement. If is completely sunk in in the middle and my husband and I slept in a pile due to it being so broke down. I don’t know about the other beds. All in all was wonderful just a few recommendations. Thank you!

Great location, especially with kids!

We booked a last minute trip to Galveston for a long weekend, and couldn't have picked a better location. The beach and Pleasure Pier are walk-able, and there's also a neighborhood park/splash pad on the way! Our kids loved the bunk-beds, and there were multiple options to keep them busy and entertained.
