About this property

'Seas the Moment' has many great features such as a large kitchen, 2 dining room tables, 2 refrigerators, a large pantry, great accent lighting, and bedrooms spaced out for added privacy. Downstairs there is a large outdoor shower, a fenced in yard for your fury friends, a gated deck, picnic table, and a swing for you and your family and or guests to hang out while making memories of a life time! Is within walking distance of 6 other rental properties that we manage which works out wonderfully for multiple families looking for their own homes if coming together for a family reunion

This property features a ramp for easy access with wagons, rolling ice chests, wheel chairs, etc... and a small fenced yard area for your children and furry family members.

Pet Policy: If you love dogs like us, you are more than welcome to bring up to 2. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Surfside! Pets are welcome at this home. 2 pets max. w/ a non-refundable pet fee. (ask if additional pets are allowed).

Saving our Vacation..

We booked a different property for our family vacation (4 adults, 5 kids, +dog). The first property was a disaster and we were very discouraged with the processes and their management team’s “solutions.” Seas the Moment, and the property managers who maintain the listing, were AMAZING! They were incredibly helpful, communication was so easy, and they helped accommodate us quickly after our original ordeal. So thankful for them. We loved our stay!

A great place for a multigeneration family stay with 2 dogs! The balcony is amazing!

The property was well maintained and clean. The ramp for my mom and small yard for the dogs were essential for us and worked out well. The staff was easy to get a hold of and communication was great! We did have issues with the washing machine, which they did try to fix but they were unable to, so the the resort staff were great with coming to replace bathroom towels for us.They were really good with meeting our needs on the last day (Sunday). We had to leave a little late and they allowed us to leave a special beach wheelchair that we had picked up from the City of Surfside, in the garage area until we could get it turned in the next day when the city office was open. (The covered balcony was very nice but the patio furniture really needs to be replaced. Some of the seats are starting to rust. The patio cushions were nice and covered this up but it could be dangerous.)
