Thank you for a clean place to spend the night with well equipped kitchen, and bathrooms ,nice fenced in property and comfortable beds . The back screened in porch seemed such a relaxing place to hang out if only we were able to spend more time. Thank you , Kim !

The property gave plenty of room for our dog. While the yard was not completely fenced in, which we knew in advance, it was enough that it contained our pet for the most part.

Fabulous rental property

We just finished a 2 month stay at this property. The owners were awesome. We arrived a few hours early, and they let us check in at that time. The home had everything we needed,and was in great condition. The screened in Lanai was the best part..great for entertaining, complete with an extra fridge, a huge Blackstone grill, a beautiful bar and dining room set. The property was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this rental!

This was just what the doctor ordered for each of the four of us......R & R. The only hitch was that it was just too short. Kim was a very gracious hostess. Thank you for a great stay.

I canā€™t say more good things about this rental property! two bedroom two bath with a kitchen and a huge backyard with carport which came in hand with the monsoon rains. Home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Really nice large screened in patio. This had everything we needed for our weekend getaway! Communication with the owner was excellent. We actually had a little issue with checking out on time and the owner was more than accommodating! We would definitely rent here again!

Very enjoyable

Would recommend. Good location to get to Crystal River and Inverness. Nice for dogs to be able to get out. House has everything you need. Back patio is fantastic. Would stay again for sure.
